Time of issuance: 16 – 19 September, from 9.00 till 20.00, 20 september from 9.00 till 14.00

Place of issuance: registration hall (Help Desks)

Procedure for issuance: having passport, power of attorney for receipt and signing of documents (one should download power of attorney sample) and original contract.

Organisations that haven’t received reports and invoices in Sochi will receive documents pack by registered mail.

Business trip certificate marking

Business trip certificate marking will take place from 18 till 19 September (from 9.00 till 20.00, 20 september from 9.00 till 14.00) in the registration hall (Help Desks) in the Zhemchuzhina Hotel (reception desk).
